Net-WIRCing Solutions: the backbone behind the mission.
Every referral routed, every dashboard updated, every podcast delivered — it runs on infrastructure. Net-WIRCing Solutions, LLC builds and operates the technology and communications layer for the entire Lighthouse ecosystem, and brings IT skills and connectivity to the rural communities it serves.
Tech backbone for four entities Rural digital literacy & connectivity programs B2B consulting revenue that sustains the mission
The Division’s Charter
Three jobs, one division
IT training & digital literacy
Net-WIRCing delivers IT training and digital-literacy programs in rural areas — tech skills that open employment doors and give veterans and families confident access to tele-services, from telehealth to online benefits portals.
Rural connectivity solutions
Internet connectivity solutions for communities where broadband is thin: low-bandwidth workflows, device access support, and connectivity planning so that rural geography never decides who gets served.
The ecosystem’s digital backbone
The websites of all four entities, the mobile app, the VI-PAR impact dashboard integrations, and the tier-gated subscription platform — designed, built, and operated under one roof, to one standard.
Watch: Rewiring the System
Strategic Communications Plan
A “surround sound” platform strategy
The consortium’s communications plan adopts an integrated, multi-channel approach so that consistent messaging reaches rural veterans across every platform — each channel reinforcing the others.
Website
The central hub for resources — benefits information, housing programs, training, partner links — with news, referral directories, event calendars, online sign-ups and applications, and analytics baked in.
Mobile App
Extends services to smartphones: push notifications, interactive tools like a benefits calculator, offline access for low-connectivity areas, and real-time support through chat and hotline links. Tier 3–4 subscribers get gated app access.
Podcast
Regular episodes by and for veterans — storytelling and peer connection, because “bringing veterans to veterans is the best rehabilitation.” Every episode drives listeners back to the website and app to enroll.
Measured Like an Enterprise
KPIs on every channel, crosswalked to outcomes
Net-WIRCing instruments everything it builds. Website KPIs: monthly unique visitors, time on site, resource downloads, sign-up conversions, referral click-throughs. App KPIs: installs, daily and monthly active users, Day-1 and Day-7 retention, push notification open rates, in-app referrals. Podcast KPIs: episodes produced, subscribers, downloads, completion rates, and listener growth.
A crosswalk maps each outcome metric to its channels: “# veterans engaged” is proxied by site visits, app logins, and podcast downloads; “# enrolled” by form completions and call-to-action conversions; “# referrals” by referral logs across every platform — integrated through Google Analytics, Firebase, and podcast host analytics.
The balanced scorecard
- Engagement metrics — visitors, listeners, downloads.
- Action metrics — sign-ups, referrals, applications.
- Impact metrics — housing placements and benefit awards, linked back to the platform that produced them.
Impact rolls up to the ecosystem’s VI-PAR dashboard, so funders and partners see engagement become outcomes in one view.
Earned Revenue
B2B referral and consulting — technology that pays for the mission
Net-WIRCing is a working LLC, not a cost center. Its B2B line contracts with partner agencies and providers for referral routing, outreach, and capacity building — the same infrastructure that runs the consortium, offered as a service to organizations that need it. Together with subscriptions and sponsorship, this consulting revenue completes the ecosystem’s blended sustainability model: subscriptions fund predictable operating costs, sponsors underwrite high-impact benefits, and B2B consulting scales expertise while diversifying revenue.
What partners can contract

Build Timeline
Design, pilot, scale — the three-year platform plan
Year 1 — pilot in the Florida Parishes
Q1: finalize WCAG-accessible, mobile-friendly platform specifications and hire the core team. Q2: build the MVP website and app; record the first podcast series. Q3: user testing with local veterans and partners. Q4: official launch with a social media and local PR campaign, measuring initial KPIs.
Year 2 — scale statewide
Content for additional Louisiana parishes; deeper partnerships; enhanced app features such as geo-targeted alerts; sustained marketing and KPI optimization.
Year 3 — regional expansion
Expand to neighboring states, systematize operations, and formalize the replication “playbook” for potential franchising.
Core team: project manager, web/app developers, content creators, social media and podcast producers, a data analyst, a webmaster/IT specialist, a content editor, and outreach coordinators.
